Flowers Delivered in Adelaide & Interstate
To send flowers Adelaide or interstate, you can count on The Scented Room. For further details on where we deliver to and when to expect flowers to be delivered please read the information below:
- Delivery Areas
- The Scented Room deliver throughout the Adelaide Metropolitian Area. We also offer interstate and International deliveries which is through the Petals network. For interstate and international deliveries please contact The Scented Room direct on 08 8298 5387
- Delivery Times
- The Scented Room offers same day deliveries within the local area if order is placed no later than 12pm. Orders will need to be placed by a specific time(see below)
Normal delivery times for The Scented Room are Mon-Fri 8.00am – 6.00pm Sat 8.ooam – 2.00pm.
- MONDAY AM DELIVERY: Will need to be placed by Friday 2pm for this to be able.
AM DELIVERY: orders must be placed before 2pm the day before the delivery date
PM DELIVERY: orders must be placed before 12pm on the same day of delivery
SPECIFIED/EXPRESS TIME: orders must be placed 24hrs before the specified time.
The Scented Room will endeavour to fulfil any requests, however we can not guarantee it, which would be due to unforseen circumstances. If you would like to discuss your delivery arrangements please call us on 08 8298 5387
- Business Addresses
- The Scented Room will deliver to all business addresses before 5pm, we will guarantee this if the order is placed before 10am on the day of delivery. However if order is received after 10am we will not be able to guarantee it.
- Public Holidays/Sundays
- The Scented Room is not open on public holidays or sunday. If you require a delivery on a public holiday please contact us direct and discuss with a friendly staff member, if at all possible we can deliver for you a surcharge will apply.
- Valentines Day/Mothers Day
- The Scented Room do not guarantee specified timed deliveries on these occasions, due to the volume of deliveries. We will take requests, however there is no guarantee.
- If Recipient is not home
- The Scented Room will not take responsibility for the flowers if the reciepent is not at home at the time of delivery. We will endeavour to leave the flowers in a secure place on these occasions and will leave a calling card advising the receipent on where to locate flowers. If there is not a secure place to leave the flowers or due to weather conditions we will leave a calling card for receiptent to contact The Scented room to organise collection or re-delivery of flowers, this will incur an additional delivery charge.
- Substitution Policy
- All products and flowers are subject to availability, in the event that we are unable to supply as seen on the website we reserve the right to substitute the product of equalivent quality and value without notice. Please be assured that the final product will be to the highest standard and the overall look of the arrangement will remain the same. - Order Changes/Cancellations
- Any changes to orders must be received within 24 hours of delivery date. If received after this time frame we can not guarantee changes.
Cancellations of orders will incur an administration fee:
Cancellations received within less than 24 hours of delivery date will incur a 50% charge of total value.
Cancellations received within more than 24 hours of delivery date will incur a $15 admin fee.
