Substitution Policy: All products and flowers are subject to availability, in the event that we are unable to supply as seen on the website we reserve the right to substitute the product of equalivent quality and value without notice. Please be assured that the final product will be to the highest standard and the overall look of the arrangement will remain the same. Order Changes/Cancellations: Any changes to orders must be received within 24 hours of delivery date. If received after this time frame we can not guarantee changes.
Cancellations of orders will incur an administration fee:
Cancellations received within less than 24 hours of delivery date will incur a 50% charge of total value.
Cancellations received within more than 24 hours of delivery date will incur a $15 admin fee.; Valentines Day/Mothers Day; No guaranteed times or express delivery available on Mothers Day or Valentines Day. All orders subject to order time and cancellation policy.
